Pub Kitchen Chef Needed

Our client, a country house hotel in Thurso, is looking for an experienced chef for 4-6 weeks with potential to be extended.   Oversee daily kitchen activities and ensure smooth service·       Coordinate food preparation and cooking across stations·       Step in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence·       Ensure team members follow kitchen procedures and standards·       Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen·       Reduce waste and control food costs·       Check deliveries for quality and accuracy Minimum of Sous Chef level·       15.00 per hour~4-6 weeks work with potential to be extended, accommodation available if needed…
