  At first point of contact, provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals.   Educate customers in the different ways they can do their banking, supporting them in choosing the right service options for their personal needs   Join us as a Customer Service Advisor  We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times  You’ll be educating customers in the different ways they can do their banking and supporting them in choosing the options that work best for them  We’re looking for a detail-orientated person to compliantly complete processes and procedures, while providing each customer with a seamless experience   In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services. Supporting the bank’s way of working to help as many customers as possible  Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers and maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business  Resolving complaints and errors quickly and making sure that the relationship with the customer is fully restored  To join us in this role, you’ll have experience of working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers.
