Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the staff team, promoting strong performance, communication, and development. Oversee the creation and ongoing review of personalised care plans tailored to individual needs. Ensure full compliance with health and social care regulations, standards, and policies. Manage safe and legal medication administration processes. Maintain accurate records, including care documentation, staff rotas, and operational reports. Promote continuous improvement through supervision, training, and performance management. Experience & Requirements Proven management experience in a care home or regulated care setting.
