Payments Analyst£35-40k + bonus & benefitsBristol & working from home
Our client is a well known brand name, with a huge customer base across the UK and a great reputation for delivering quality service.
We are keen to hire a Payments Analyst into our team, to support our Payments Manager in ensuring the successful payments flow through the business. You will be part of the general BAU payments churn process, renewals, alternative payment selection and direct debit management processes. Our customer payment journey needs to be seamless – this is where you come in! You will help to deliver our overall new customer & renewal payment strategy, identifying issues, challenges and opportunities for improvement and ensuring relevant compliance.
About you
- good level of knowledge & understanding of payments / cards and / or direct debit
- knowledge of payment transaction data, able xwzovoh to identify improvement opportunities
- understanding of payments regulatory rules and compliance
- able to demonstrate experience in a payments environment, with problem analysis and attention to details
- excellent communication skills & a strong Excel user
