You will join a small established team with offices in central Bristol. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and assist the business in meeting evolving regulatory requirements.

- Support business units in the interpretation and application of regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Review and approve financial promotions, client communications to ensure compliance with FCA requirements.
- Work with colleagues to advise on the compliance aspects of new projects, products, services, and operational changes.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks such as Trading Styles and CASS.
- Work with colleagues to advise the business on FCA regulations including SYSC, COBS and MiFIDPRU.
- Support teams in interpreting regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty.
- Deliver internal compliance training.
- Preparing papers and taking minutes for the Risk & Compliance Oversight Committee.
- Keeping the business informed of regulatory changes.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a compliance or audit function.
- Strong expertise in FCA regulations, exposure to wealth management is a bonus!
- Clear communication skills and strong analytical capability.
- Proactive mindset and excellent organisational skills.
Location & Working Hours
- Based in Bristol, hybrid after training and onboarding is complete
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Permanent position, salary DOE (c.£36,000 to £45,000)
