The RoleLeading a team of Data, DataOps & MLOps Engineers within a global asset manager’s European Data function. You’ll drive delivery of scalable, cloud-based data solutions, supporting analytics, data science and business decision-making across the UK & EU.
This is a management role with a small amount of hands on work possible.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of data engineersDeliver largescale data pipelines (ETL/ELT)Design and optimise data architecture and workflowsPartner with stakeholders to translate business needsEnsure data quality, governance and best practice
Key RequirementsStrong leadership experience (5+ engineers)Solid Data Engineering / DataOps background xwzovoh Python / PySpark for data pipelinesAWS experience (design & deployment)Strong data modelling & warehousing knowledgeAgile (Jira / Azure DevOps) experience
