About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Cloud Transformation Consultant to join a dynamic programme team driving a large‑scale Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud transformation initiative. In this role you will be part of a team focusing on HCM innovation and NextGen AI‑powered Hire to Retire Solutions, enabling world‑class workforce operations and experiences. You will guide our clients through HR Transformation, process redesign and change leveraging HR technology to create an impact on business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- End‑to‑end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects
- Collaboration with stakeholders across the business functions to define requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Providing expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities, configuration, and best practices
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes through both reimagined design experience and latest technology
- Managing large cloud HCM transformations for global and complex organisations across multiple countries and modules
- HR IT Landscape Design; HR Cloud Vendor Selection; HR Cloud Readiness Assessment; HR Cloud Operations & Support Model Design
- Delivering HR TOM and experience‑driven HR Process Design, including AI Accelerators as part of HR Cloud implementations (AI in HR Strategy & Use Case Design)
- Providing HR Cloud‑based Workforce Transformation Advisory from Talent Marketplace solutioning via skill‑based organisation towards Learning Agility, Upskilling and Reskilling initiatives
- Facilitating HR workshops and crafting insightful presentations, providing actionable recommendations
- Contributing to practice development and pre‑sales activities to further develop our service offerings, proposals and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Leading teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth
Requirements
- Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and resilience
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesising, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project‑related mobility/willingness to travel
- Domain expertise in HR employee lifecycle (H2R), including HR process design, creation of formal process documentation and detailed process maps
- Translation of employee experience needs into business requirements to drive digital and AI‑empowered HR platforms deployment
- Knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud as well as HR Ticketing / Workflow Management Tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce)
- Managing vendor relationships and technology selection processes
- In‑depth knowledge and ability to design and optimise HR Operating Models
- Ability to conduct HR & HR IT workshops and subsequently create recommendation reports, thought leadership and transformation roadmaps
- Strong facilitation, communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior consultants
- Demonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings, either for internal or external clients
- Contribution to practice development, including go‑to‑market strategies and developing others
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Proven track record in delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes (minimum 5–6 years for senior consultants and 8–10 years for principals)
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and best practices
- In‑depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM
- HR product‑ and HR Cloud Module‑based knowledge in Core HR, Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture Design & Skills Management, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, Total Rewards & Payroll, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
- Relevant certifications in HCM platforms (preferred)
- In‑depth understanding of H2R cycle
- HR Cloud module‑related knowledge & certifications
- Practical knowledge of AI, GenAI and automation tools transforming HR processes
- Expertise in managing complex and multi‑regional projects
