The Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive new business growth and develop relationships with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
This role focuses on selling and designing bespoke supercar driving experiences and premium corporate events for businesses seeking unique hospitality, client entertainment or incentive experiences.
You will work with senior decision-makers to create tailor-made automotive events at prestigious UK circuits, delivering unforgettable experiences for clients and their guests.
This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where success comes from understanding client goals and crafting exceptional experiences to match.
This role ideal for someone with B2B sales experience in driving experience events, luxury hospitality, or high-value services who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new corporate opportunities through targeted outbound sales activity
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers across UK businesses, agencies and luxury networks
- Build a strong pipeline of corporate clients and high-net-worth prospects
- Consult with clients to design tailor-made supercar driving experiences and hospitality events
- Create unique event concepts that deliver real impact for corporate entertainment, incentives and client engagementPresent and pitch high-value experiences with confidence and professionalism
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and VIP customers
- Grow revenue from existing accounts and reactivate previous clients
- Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional client service
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting through to negotiation and contract close
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM systems
- Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify opportunities to expand offerings and drive additional value for clients
What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in B2B or corporate sales
- Experience selling high-value, bespoke or consultative solutions
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior decision makers
- Demonstrated success managing longer sales cycles and multiple opportunities
- Experience within driving experience events, luxury hospitality, luxury services, or automotive sectors
- Experience selling xwzovoh corporate events or premium experiences
- Exposure to working with high-net-worth individuals
- Commercially minded and target driven
- Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach
