With a strong focus on employee relations, the role ensures consistent application of HR policies, supports people processes, and helps maintain a high-performing, safe, and engaged workforce. Act as the first point of contact for Employee Relations and Absence Management queries. Manage end-to-end ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) in line with policy and legislation. Support performance management, including probation reviews and improvement plans. Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and documentation is audit-ready. Maintain accurate HR data and provide reports to support decision-making. You will have proven HR generalist experience with employee relations knowledge and the confidence to advise and challenge managers constructively in a fast-paced environment. Previous HR Advisor or similar experience. Employee Relations experience (disciplinary, grievance, absence). Good understanding of employment law and HR policies. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
