WorkingHours:MondaytoFriday,9:00am5:30pm Salary:£25,000£35,000(dependingonexperience) KeyResponsibilities: Manageairfreightimportshipmentsfromarrivalthroughtofinaldelivery CompleteandsubmitcustomsentriesinlinewithHMRCregulations Ensurealldocumentationisaccurateandprocessedinatimelymanner Arrangecollectionsanddeliveries,ensuringdeadlinesandservicelevelsaremet Monitorshipmentprogressandproactivelyresolveanydelaysorissues Calculateandmanagecosting,invoicing,andchargeableservices Maintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,providingregularupdatesandhighlevelsofcustomerservice Ensurecompliancewithallcustomsproceduresandcompanypolicies Workcloselywithinternaldepartmentstoensuresmoothoperationalflow Requirements: Minimumof12years+experienceinairfreightimports(end-to-end) StrongworkingknowledgeofUKcustomsimportproceduresandregulations Experiencehandlingcustomsentriesfromstarttofinish FamiliaritywithCargowiseandSequoiasystemsishighlydesirable xkybehq Understandingofmulti-modaltransport(air,road,andsea)isadvantageous FullUKdrivinglicenceduetolocation Stableworkhistorydemonstratingreliabilityandcommitment Highlyorganisedwithstrongattentiontodetail Abletomanagemultipleshipmentsandprioritiseworkloadeffectively IfyouareanexperiencedImportClerklookingforyournextopportunity,wewouldbekeentohearfromyou!…
