About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the venue. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, supporting guest relations, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout each shift. Your leadership will help maintain high standards of service, safety, and venue presentation.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, a commitment to quality, and the confidence to manage a busy late‑night venue.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policiesLead, motivate, and support team members to deliver outstanding guest serviceConduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellenceAssist in training new staff on procedures and customer service standardsManage staff schedules and monitor performance to ensure productivityImplement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visitsCarry out daily opening and closing duties
Skills & Experience
Strong leadership abilities with experience supervising xwzovoh teams in a hospitality environmentExcellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiencesKnowledge of HR practices relating to recruitment, training, and employee relations is beneficialHospitality experience is essentialExperience in a late‑night venue is preferredFlexibility to work late nights and weekends
