The role demands a proactive approach to key stakeholder engagement, fostering collaboration across both legacy and new teams to drive operational excellence and support the achievement of strategic business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver end to end postmerger finance integration , including:Integration, planning, and governance and executionSynergy and costtoachieve trackingTrack all activity between Encore and EclipseMonthly Commentary / Analytics on Business Performance per Group ReportingSupport finance system and process integration, driving standardization across the regionMigration to Net Suite in Q4Adoption of US GAAP reporting to Group Deadlines from UK GAAPAdoption of Group Accounting Policies and ControlsWork with Encore EMEA and Global Finance teams on Tax and Treasury ActivitiesMigration to IFRS/FRS 102 for 2026 Statutory ReportingDelivery alongside business, of highquality 2027 budget, forecasts, and rolling outlooks reflecting acquisition activityProduce clear, insightful reporting for senior leadership and boardsAct as a trusted finance partner during periods of rapid change and transformationCandidate Profile Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA),Strong FP&A background within acquisitive, complex, or PE-backed organizationsProven experience supporting M&A and finance integrationAdvanced financial modelling and Excel capabilityComfortable operating at pace, managing ambiguity and multiple workstreamsCredible communicator with senior stakeholdersMust be able to commute to both Uxbridge and BeckenhamCompetenciesAnalytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.Financial Modeling:Proficiency in building and maintaining financial models.Forecasting and Budgeting:Expertise in forecasting and budgeting techniques.Communication Skills:Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.Problem-Solving:Ability to identify and resolve financial issues.Software Proficiency:Strong skills in Excel, financial software, and other relevant tools.Experience of NetSuite and Xero is desirable. xwzovoh Business Acumen:Understanding Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projectsManages ComplexityWe politely request that recruitment agencies do not contact us regarding this role….
