What You’ll Do
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of exciting brands through direct customer engagement campaigns
- Relationship Building: Develop meaningful connections with customers while effectively communicating product benefits
- Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of field marketing initiatives including events, pop-ups and promotional activities
- Sales Support: Contribute to lead generation efforts and sales strategy implementation
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and campaign performance
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills with natural confidence in face-to-face interactions
- Strong team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude
- Self-motivated and organised with genuine enthusiasm for learning
- Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Right to work in the UK
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing roles
