The Opportunity
You’ll lead and deliver a range of Marketing Technology & Operations projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape initiatives from the ground up. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Marketing Technology & Operations projects, from scoping and design through to implementation
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, and risks while ensuring strong governance
- Coordinate stakeholders across Marketing, BD, IT, vendors, and wider business services
Portfolio & Programme Support
- Maintain dashboards, boards and reporting to track progress, risks, and milestones
- Support capacity planning, prioritisation, and portfolio oversight
- Ensure transparency of workstreams across a busy programme portfolio
Project Triage & Requirements Gathering
- Act as a central intake point for new project requests
- Facilitate workshops to define business needs and translate them into structured scopes and requirements
- Challenge, shape, and assess new initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Build strong cross‑functional relationships within the firm
- Support the adoption of new processes, tools and ways of working
- Communicate clearly and effectively to drive engagement and minimise disruption
About YouEssential
- Experience delivering projects within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of Marketing or Business Development operations
- Solid grasp of change management principles
- Ability to simplify complexity and articulate solutions clearly
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills
- Strong problem solver with a delivery‑focused mindset
- Confident in influencing stakeholders at all levels
Desirable
- Experience with CRM or marketing technology platforms
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall xwzovoh or Hybrid delivery
- Experience working with external suppliers or technology partners
- Project management qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
