About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, a passion for sales, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the media and advertising industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising solutions for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Manage and track sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in media sales or related fields.
  • Experience in newspaper, media, or social media advertising sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
