At Cleo, we’re not just building another fintech app. We’re embarking on a mission to fundamentally change humanity’s relationship with money. Imagine a world where everyone, regardless of background or income, has access to a hyper-intelligent financial advisor in their pocket. That’s the future we’re creating.
Cleo is a rare success story: a profitable, fast‑growing unicorn with over $300 million in ARR, growing over 2x year‑over‑year. This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to join a team of brilliant, driven individuals who are passionate about making a real difference. We have an exceptionally high bar for talent, seeking individuals who are not only at the top of their field but also embody our culture of collaboration and positive impact.

About the Role
Join Cleo’s Strategy & Business Operations team, and help drive growth initiatives and international expansion. Working across stakeholders, you will be focused on three core priorities:
- Strategy & Planning – closely collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth and expansion opportunities for Cleo, including tracking revenue and performance gaps, driving initiatives to close said gaps, and identifying and validating potential new countries for launch.
- Operations – programme management & operational support to launch new geographies.
- Execution – support on distinct growth & expansion work-streams to ensure nothing gets blocked.
We’ll be at the heart of our revenue growth and international expansion plans – bringing Cleo to more people, in more locations. You’ll be trusted to solve a wide range of challenges, moving seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery.

- Provide operational support to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an operations, strategy or a similar role, ideally in a fast‑paced tech or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of leading expansion initiatives such as GTM strategy, new market launches or other growth projects.
- A detail‑oriented, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving – excellent Excel skills a must.
- Ability to think strategically while executing effectively at an operational level.
- Experience managing projects/programmes with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of seniority.
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast‑moving environment.
- A team player with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
