Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader Permanent, full time 37.5 hpw, 3 days on rota and 2 days on admin (Pay is based on local RAP salaries pre agreed locally) £29,000 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan Join us in this great and rewarding job, as our Positive Behavioural Support team Leader. Youll manage our team to provide person-centred and strengths-based support to our customer (let’s call them M) and help them reach their full potential. M needs support to maintain his independence and meaningful relationships with family and the community Youll manage a team of PBS Support Workers centred around a customer with complex presentation. You and your team will support customers with any aspect of their day-to-day living. Youll work in a person-centred, strengths-based and psychologically informed way, so they can enjoy the best possible quality of life Youll be in regular contact with your manager updating, escalating and reporting on all aspects of the service delivery. Youll be responsible for planning and overseeing complex support working with customers who display behaviours of concern and may require personal care working alongside Home Groups local multi-disciplinary team Motivating, directing, guiding, coaching and supporting your team to work with our customers. You get great training, support from friendly colleagues and a chance to make a real difference every day. Experience in CQC Regulated services, a Level 4 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent or prepared to work towards it. Worked as a Senior Support Worker, leading support for people with complex needs, or behaviours of distress. Great people management and motivation skills, bringing colleagues together to share information, best practice and fostering creativity. Experience of positive risk management, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers and colleagues. To help M get out and about, youll need to be able to drive Ms vehicle. 22.5 hours on rota working with MV and 15 hours of admin a week. Sleep ins and on-call rota required Able to use technology to update create and update support plans, communicate with colleagues and complete online learning. Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
