Project Quantity Surveyor Rail

A leading independent construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their established commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects-spanning residential, heritage, commercial, and insurance-delivering high-quality cost consultancy services from inception through to completion. Ongoing cost management and monitoring of project expenditure. Evaluation of contractor claims, including extensions of time and loss & expense. Providing risk management , reinstatement valuations, and third-party cost reports. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar discipline). Experience across both pre-contract and post-contract stages. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership of projects.
