This is a senior, hands-on leadership position within a highly secure engineering environment, ideal for someone with deep expertise across mechanical design, analysis, and integration of complex systems .
Lead mechanical engineering activity across advanced radar development programmes Provide technical leadership to a team of mechanical & CAD engineers Own design, build, integration, and test of complex mechanical systems Support engineering lifecycle from requirements through to in-service support Strong background in mechanical design & system integration Experience with composite materials and structural behaviour Familiarity with engineering standards & full lifecycle delivery Experience leading teams / work packages within engineering projects Experience with SAP PDM or similar tools beneficial Working within a secure defence / radar engineering programme If you’re a senior mechanical engineer looking to step into a high-impact leadership role within advanced defence technology , feel free to reach out or apply.
