itsu is a crusading, dynamic, & fast-growing chain of Asian-inspired healthy food shops. itsu (grocery), brings the itsu vision into retail/wholesale worldwide.

A new & exciting position has been created for a bright, determined person to join itsu (grocery) to help launch & build our pioneering NOODLES WORTH LOVING RANGE, across the out of home (OOH) channel in the UK. We’re looking for a candidate with strong relationships across the OOH channel who can open doors quickly, structure and lead a team into multiple new channels. Whilst leadership and vision are important, the successful candidate will be willing to get their hands dirty and work with the team from the ground up.

NOODLES WORTH LOVING covers itsu’s groundbreaking range of contemporary, additive-free, authentic and delicious Japanese miso broth & rice’noodle cups & pouches, created by talented chefs to be convenient, inexpensive and soon available globally, as a radical alternative to instant noodles.

The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering new business outside of the grocers and an incredible self-starter.

scope of the role:

  • Delivering new business across OOH home including travel, contract catering, cash & carry, delivered wholesale, travel, & high street. Airlines are a focus for itsu in the OOH channel.
  • Lead two salespeople to help support landing new customers.
  • Delivery of the volume and value forecast and internal P&L reporting
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to build support plans and execute them with customers
