Account Executive – ConstructionTech
Established over 40 years ago, our client is a leading ConstructionTech organisation, with a global turnover north of $3BN. They offer a range of software tools to construction organisations for various stages of the construction project lifecycle and continue to win awards year-on-year for their innovation, services and workplace satisfaction.
They are now looking for an Account Executive to join their team; this role will involve managing the full sales cycle construction businesses, as well as growing existing accounts through capitalizing on upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
This is a hybrid role, with four days per week working from home and one day per week meeting with customers in-person.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities across the region
- Manage the full sales cycle with prospective customers across the construction industry
- Grow existing territory through managing upsell & cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver demonstrations & technical insight to prospective clients
- Collaborate with wider internal teams (such as Marketing & Presales) for success across larger customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & competitor activity
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both prospective and won accounts
The Successful Candidate
- 3+ years software sales experience, managing the full sales cycle
- Upsell / cross-sell experience would also be ideal
- Experience selling ConstructionTech or wider software into the construction industry is ideal
- Based in the South of England (below Leeds) or Wales
Account Executive Package
- Basic salary: £45,000-55,000
- OTE: x2
- Car allowance (£3,000)
