Appointment Setter Job Brief Hireflow

Hireflow is a lead generation agency that builds sales pipelines for recruitment companies. We handle everything from market mapping to appointment setting, connecting our clients with businesses actively hiring or open to recruitment partnerships.

We operate a full-stack delivery platform – onboarding, data enrichment, outreach, and qualification all sit under one roof. Our clients pay for results, and we deliver.

Key Responsibilities

This is a phone-first, high-volume cold calling role. You’ll be calling into UK businesses on behalf of our recruitment clients, generating interest, and booking qualified callback appointments.

Your success is measured on your inputs and ability to collaborate in a remote environment.

Outbound Calling

Execute 200+ dials per day targeting companies with potential hiring needs.

Speak directly with decision-makers (owners, directors, hiring managers).

Generate interest in our clients’ recruitment services using proven call frameworks.

Appointment Setting

Qualify leads based on hiring intent, urgency, and fit.

Book callback appointments for clients to discuss recruitment needs.

Ensure every booking represents a genuine opportunity.

CRM & Data Integrity

Log all activity accurately in our CRM.

Maintain clean, up-to-date lead records.

Track calls, outcomes, and pipeline status daily.

Call Approaches You’ll Use:

Direct Approach – Straightforward pitch on the value of working with a specialist recruiter.

Candidate-Led Approach – Lead with a relevant candidate profile that matches their potential needs.

High Information Approach – Share market insights to open dialogue about their hiring strategy.

Full training and scripts provided. You’ll know exactly what to say.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in cold calling (B2B Necessary).

Comfortable with high rejection rates and objection handling.

Strong English communication skills (you’ll be calling UK businesses).

Organised and reliable – no leads get lost on your watch.

CRM proficiency (we’ll train you on our systems).

Earning potential :

Monthly earnings would be: £3,000 – £6,000 per month.

Whats needed to earn this?

£100 per appointment sat.

Average 2-5 Appointments per day.

200+ Dials a Day to cold prospects.

Payment is contingent on the booking being confirmed as qualified by the client.

Working Hours

09:00 – 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday, remote.
