The Role and Deliverables
- Writing clear, engaging CRM copy across email and other direct channels.
- Adapting tone of voice to suit different audiences, journeys and lifecycle stages.
- Working from briefs and CRM strategies to deliver campaign-ready copy.
- Collaborating with strategists, designers and account teams within the agency.
- Ensuring all copy aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a CRM copywriter, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Confidence writing for regulated or sensitive categories.
- Ability to translate strategic briefs into concise, effective CRM messaging.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working within brand and compliance guidelines.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
