What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties across South London and surrounding areas
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Leading and mentoring a small team of Property Managers
- Ensuring full compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
- Overseeing tenancy renewals, maintenance issues, and contractor relationships
- Liaising closely with lettings and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong working knowledge of ASTs, deposit legislation, and compliance requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
