Manchester (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
£55,000 – £65,000 DOE + Bonus Scheme
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an exceptional Top 200 Law Firm in Manchester, featuring an award-winning Real Estate team recognised by the Legal 500.
The firm is currently undergoing an exciting period of strategic growth, having recently strengthened its team with a number of high-profile Partner hires. They are now looking to further expand their Real Estate offering with the addition of a talented solicitor.
The Role:
You will work as part of a highly regarded Commercial Property team, advising on a wide range of matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property investment work
- Development projects
- Corporate real estate support
