We’ve partnered with fast-growing lifestyle brand Eleanor Bowmer, who are now looking to secure a Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager to drive the next phase of digital growth.

We’re looking for a commercial, hands-on operator who can own both paid acquisition and eCommerce performance in house.

If you’ve scaled DTC brands through performance marketing, site optimisation and smart commercial thinking – this could be the role for you.

Role Overview

As Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager, you will own the growth engine across:

  • Paid acquisition
  • eCommerce performance
  • CRO and site optimisation

This is a hands-on role focused on:

  • Driving customer acquisition efficiently
  • Improving conversion and revenue performance
  • Building a structured eCommerce roadmap
  • Creating and testing at pace
  • Turning data into commercial action

You’ll sit at the centre of performance marketing, eCommerce and commercial decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Performance:

  • Own Meta & TikTok campaigns end-to-end
  • Drive profitable growth and efficient scaling
  • Launch and iterate high-velocity creative testing
  • Optimise CAC, ROAS and overall performance
  • Work closely with creative to improve output

eCommerce & Site Performance:

  • Own the trading performance of the site
  • Improve conversion across the customer journey
  • Drive on-site optimisation, merchandising and UX
  • Build and execute a clear eCommerce roadmap

CRO & Testing:

  • Implement structured testing frameworks
  • Run A/B tests across landing pages, PDPs and offers
  • Improve conversion through continuous iteration

Commercial Ownership:

  • Translate data into clear commercial decisions
  • Understand how marketing drives revenue and margin
  • Feed insights back into wider business decisions

Expectations

  • Comfortable taking ownership in a lean environment
  • High bias for action and speed
  • Creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
  • Able to operate with autonomy and accountability
  • Thrives in fast-moving, founder-led businesses

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in paid social (Meta essential, TikTok ideal)
  • Experience in DTC / Shopify environments
  • Hands-on operator (not purely agency management)
  • Experience across CRO and site optimisation
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and growth levers

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in gifting / lifestyle / consumer brands
  • Exposure to creative testing frameworks
  • Experience scaling brands through £5m–£20m+
