We’re working with a high growth fintech business building a customer facing payments product used at scale. Following a candidate withdrawal at final stage, they’re looking to move quickly on a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area.

This is a role for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll be responsible for shaping product direction, working closely with engineering, and balancing customer experience with the realities of operating in a regulated environment.

The role

• Own a core product area end to end
• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap
• Work closely with engineers on systems, flows and trade offs
• Deliver improvements to customer journeys and product performance
• Balance UX, operational constraints and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance and operations

What they’re looking for

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, operating at Senior level
• Experience owning a customer facing product or feature set
• Strong collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience working on mobile, platform or API driven products
• Ability to think in outcomes, not just delivery
• Background in financial services, fintech or payments
• Proactive, self starting mindset
