Location:
- This role requires 2 days per week onsite in Manchester, with the remaining time working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming support requests, ensuring all required details are captured for further investigation.
- Identify time-critical or high-priority issues and escalate when necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the wider support team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer contacts.
- Support documentation, testing and general process improvement activities.
