Field Services Engineer

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year + Overtime

Field Base in Newcastle and surrounding areas

Exciting opportunity working for a tech company where you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and repairing equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
• Calibrate sensors, control units, and associated hardware
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
• Support continuous product improvement by reporting field feedback

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment
• Experience working on construction, plant, or industrial machinery beneficial
• Full driving licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
