The Opportunity

A fast-growing and highly respected medical aesthetics company is seeking a Territory Manager to cover London and surrounding areas. This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong network in the medical aesthetics space and proven experience selling into Med Spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, and plastic surgeons.

This role focuses on capital equipment sales, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a high-potential territory, drive revenue growth, and build strategic partnerships with some of the most influential clinics in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue growth across the London territory.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Med Spas, dermatology clinics, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practices.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Sell and promote capital aesthetic devices, delivering product demonstrations and commercial presentations.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clinic owners and practitioners.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Act as a trusted partner, supporting clients in growing their aesthetics business.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and educational sessions.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in Medical Aesthetics, ideally within capital equipment/devices.
  • Strong existing network within Med Spas and aesthetic clinics in London/UK.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling aesthetic devices, injectables, skincare, or related technologies.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with strong territory management and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Based in London or able to effectively cover the territory.
