Key Responsibilities
- Lead site HACCP systems and food safety strategy
- Act as the go-to expert for all food safety matters
- Drive compliance with internal standards and external regulations (ISO, FSSC, FDA)
- Deliver engaging food safety and HACCP training across teams
- Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in processes and products
- Support product development with food safety assessments
- Own allergen management and hygiene standards
- Lead audits and implement corrective actions
- Influence and embed a strong food safety culture site-wide
What You Bring
- Strong HACCP leadership (Level 4 preferred)
- Experience in food manufacturing and quality systems
- Proven audit, risk assessment, and continuous improvement expertise
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across teams
- Proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
