Front of House Lead
The Role: OffenseWe are looking for a high-agency Front of House Lead to be the driving force of our clinic’s growth. While our “Defense” handles back-end systems, you are our Striker. Your mission is to convert leads, advocate for comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure every person who walks through our doors is met with life-affirming hospitality rather than “sick care” bureaucracy.
Our PhilosophyWe don’t do “sick care.” We view health as a proactive state that exceeds a patient’s pre-injury baseline. We are a movement clinic dedicated to depathologisation and self-actualisation. As our Front of House Lead, you are the first point of contact and the primary architect of this experience.
Non-Negotiables * Cultural Fit: This is a precise environment. You must instinctively align with our values of autopoiesis (self-creation) and life-affirming rehab. * Professional Presentation: As the face of a high-performance clinic, your presentation must be impeccable, reflecting the intentionality and high standards of our brand. * Environmental Adaptability: We are based in the vibrant Dance City building. You will not be tucked away in a private office; you must be comfortable working within and escorting patients through the shared spaces of the building, maintaining our clinic’s presence and energy throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities (The “Offense”) * Lead Conversion: Proactively managing inquiries and turning interest into commitment. You don’t just “book appointments”; you facilitate the first step of a life-changing journey. * Treatment Plan Advocacy: Selling the “Big Picture.” You will confidently sell full treatment plans, helping patients understand why a long-term commitment is an investment in their future. * Momentum Management: Demonstrating Autopoiesis—the ability to maintain your own drive. When the clinic is quiet, you are mining leads, following up with lapsed clients, and refining our hospitality rituals. * Vibe Architecture: Ensuring the environment supports the spirit of the clinic. From the first greeting in the shared space to the final session, you set a tone that affirms the patient’s existence.
The Profile: Who You Are * Commercially Sharp: You likely have a background in high-end hospitality, boutique fitness, or membership-based wellness. You are comfortable talking about money and the value of our services. * Mobile & Engaging: You thrive in an open, social environment. You possess the social skills to guide patients through a busy building while making them feel prioritised and cared for. * High Agency: You don’t need a task list. You see a gap and fill it.
