Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of building surveying services – defect analysis, dilapidations, condition surveys, and refurbishment/new build projects
• Manage client relationships and provide professional technical advice
• Prepare reports, specifications, and schedules of work
• Oversee contract administration and project delivery
• Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS (or working towards chartership)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology
• Experience managing multiple projects
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM and H&S
