Senior Software Engineer

I’m working with a fast-growing UK tech company that’s making serious waves. They’ve already disrupted their industry overseas and are now scaling rapidly in the UK, partnering with major enterprises and acquiring businesses to accelerate growth.

They’re now looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team and play a key role in building high-impact systems from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and building scalable backend or full-stack systems
• Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Owning features end-to-end, from concept to production
• Driving performance, reliability, and engineering quality
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to a strong technical culture

Tech environment

• Node.js, Python, Kotlin, modern frontend frameworks
• Microservices, API design, distributed systems
• AWS, CI/CD, containerisation
• SQL & NoSQL databases, performance optimisation
• Testing, automation, and modern engineering practices

What they’re looking for

• Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and APIs
