Field Service Engineer

We have a new and exciting opportunity to support our client’s national technology rollout, and we are hiring multiple Field Service Engineers to join a growing UK team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining advanced capital equipment that will soon become a familiar feature in local environments nationwide. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position where your technical expertise and problem‑solving skills will directly support the success of a major sustainability initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install capital equipment at customer sites.
  • Train store teams on machine operation and best practices.
  • Carry out routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
  • Attend breakdowns and complete timely, professional on‑site repairs.
  • Submit accurate digital work reports.
  • Maintain safety standards and complete housekeeping documentation.
  • Conduct system audits and on‑site evaluations.
  • Support warehouse capacity planning in collaboration with Sales.
  • Manage spare parts storage and stock levels.
  • Ensure all company equipment is kept secure.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
