Role
We are looking for an experienced General Manager, with a strong background in high volume pubs. This is a hands-on role suited to someone to join and lead our established management team
Who you are
- Someone who understands genuine hospitality (not just service) drives loyalty and sees the venue from the customer’s perspective
- A thoughtful problem solver who listens well, collaborates with others, and isn’t afraid to ask questions
- Has high standards and is good at communication with their team to uphold these standards
- Maintain a high-quality product range that reflects our guests’ needs
- An understanding of the area, the customer demographic and local community
- A people-focused leader who cares, recognises team talent, and supports growth
- Take ownership of the site budget, full ownership of P&L and can envision and plan for the 3 months ahead
