We are looking for talented bartenders to join our teams across Cubitt House.

Our bars are central to each of our pubs — places where great drinks, atmosphere and service come together. We’re looking for people who take pride in what they do, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely care about creating a great guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
• Creating a welcoming and energetic bar environment
• Building strong product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer and spirits
• Working efficiently during busy service periods
• Supporting the wider team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a bartender in a quality environment
• A genuine interest in drinks and hospitality
• Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced bar
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• A positive, team-focused attitude
