App Support Engineer – SaaS – £55K

Our client is a growing Software as a Sevice company – They build innovative software for Cloud data management and cloud pipelines

They’re growing their Ops and Application Support team and are looking for an Application Support / Support Engineer to join them.

In a varied role you’ll be involved in customer-facing support across the business, monitoring automation, SQL scripting and database development, application and code (Java, Python etc) support and improvements and even infrastructure engineering and support and the building out of DevOps methods and tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar App Support / Support Engineering position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good SQL
• At least BSc-level degree
• Customer-facing support exp
• Experience of monitoring and automation is ideal (Datadog, Grafana, Sumologic etc)
• Cloud (AWS) exp
