Supported by a strong account development function, an advanced go-to-market process, and a growing base of forward-thinking clients, we’re looking for a Solution Architect to play a key role in this growth.
In this position, the Solution Architect will collaborate directly with client and internal teams to design, build, and deploy impactful data solutions. The Solution Arcjitect will act as both a technical leader and trusted advisor, helping shape product direction while delivering real, measurable value to customers.
Solution Architect Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing and technical leaders at enterprise and high-growth companies to design, build, and deploy data-driven solutions
- Own the entire customer engagement lifecycle—from discovery and design through hands-on implementation and rollout
- Write production-level SQL and code (Python or similar) to model data, fuel campaigns, and address real business use cases
- Prototype and deploy solutions directly in client data environments
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to translate customer needs into new features and improvements
- Lead technical discovery sessions and assess data architecture and solution feasibility
- Build proof-of-concept projects, driving them from prototype to production
- Act as the technical representative for client engagements, solving complex problems in real time
- Identify patterns and insights from client collaborations to inform roadmap and delivery best practices
- Help develop and scale the company’s approach to solution deployment and value delivery
- Build and deliver AI-driven features—from LLM integration to model optimization—translating new technologies into business impact
Ideal Solution Architect Profile:
- 3–6+ years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, data engineering)
- Strong SQL expertise and experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language
- Experience with data modeling, transformation, debugging, and performance tuning
- Ability to move from an ambiguous challenge to a structured, working solution quickly
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong product intuition with the ability to translate customer feedback into technical action
- High ownership mindset and bias toward execution
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for solving data-driven challenges
- Prior experience in martech or customer data platforms is a plus, but not essential
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer engagements
