About the Role:
As Centre Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive commercial performance, and build strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders. Working closely with an experienced on-site team – including Operations, Retail Liaison, Administration, and Finance – you will ensure seamless coordination across all aspects of the centre.
Your initial focus will be on stabilising operations and strengthening stakeholder engagement, followed by enhancing the tenant mix and supporting longer-term asset strategy, including repositioning or potential disposal.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Has experience in retail property or asset management
- Communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
- Takes ownership and consistently delivers results
