Position: Freight Forwarding Team Leader Sea & Air Freight
Location: Portsmouth (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £38,000 + bonus + benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30
We’re working with a well-established, ambitious freight forwarding business in Portsmouth that is experiencing exciting growth. They’re looking for a Freight Forwarding Team Leader to join their small but expanding team, with opportunities to shape operations and drive the business forward.
The Role:
You will lead a growing team and oversee end-to-end ocean import and export operations, with exposure to air freight. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the chance to make a real impact while supporting your team’s development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience managing ocean import and export operations.
- Knowledge of air freight is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership experience, or ambition to step into your first leadership role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
