- Lead and develop a high-performing Import Operations team, ensuring smooth daily workflow and service reliability.
- Oversee trailer arrivals, inbound planning, documentation, and cross-department coordination.
- Manage an offshore Customs Processing team, ensuring accurate, timely declarations and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor budgets, margins, and cost controls to support profitability targets.
- Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in import operations, ideally focused on European road freight.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and performance development.
- In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, tariff classifications, and duty/VAT regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
