We’re partnering with a multi-site business to appoint a Director of Capital Projects to lead a major, long-term investment programme across a select portfolio of high-profile, large-scale sites.

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from early-stage planning through to delivery across major refurbishments. You’ll play a key role in shaping investment decisions, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a multi-year capital programme across multiple sites
• Advising and reporting to senior stakeholders on investment strategy, project viability, timescales, project finance and risk management
• Driving strong governance, commercial performance, and ensure best in class delivery standards
• Managing a small internal team and a range of external contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Ensuring compliance across planning, regulatory, and H&S requirements
• Championing best practice, ensuring the end user is at the forefront of decision making, minimising impact

What we’re looking for:

• Senior-level experience delivering large-scale capital projects
• Background in complex, multi-site environments
• A strong sense of commerciality and technical skills
• First class stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
