The Opportunity
We are hiring for a Senior Creative Retail/3D Designer to play a pivotal role in the studio, someone who can lead thinking, influence outcomes, and elevate the work.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role, sitting just below Creative Director level, with real visibility across both clients and internal teams.
You will:
- Drive concept and ideation on retail environments, POS and brand activations
- Translate ideas into beautiful, buildable design solutions
- Work directly with global clients, contributing to creative conversations
- Mentor and elevate midweight and junior designers
- Collaborate closely with technical, project and strategy teams

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail / POS / spatial design
- Strong conceptual thinker with a portfolio that shows ideas, not just outputs
- Advanced 3DS Max + V-Ray capability
- Confident working across materials, manufacturing and feasibility
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting to clients
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with energy and creative ambition
Exposure to AI tools, sketching, or cross-sector experience is advantageous.
