The role
The successful HR Business Partner will join the team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract. Working closely with operational leaders across multiple sites, you’ll provide practical, people‑focused HR support in a fast‑paced environment. The role covers the full HR generalist remit, including organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession planning, performance management and complex employee relations. You’ll play a key role in shaping an inclusive, high‑engagement culture, supporting change and using insight‑led data to inform decision‑making, while collaborating closely with a wider HR team to ensure consistent, compliant and values‑led people practices.
The ideal fit
- A strong HR generalist experience.
- Background in operational, manufacturing or distribution environments.

Salary: Up to £60,000, plus benefits package.
