What you’ll actually be doing:
- Finding and connecting with top talent in the Life Sciences space
- Building relationships with companies that need to hire
- Matching great people with great opportunities
- Running the whole recruitment process (from first call to offer stage)
- Hitting targets, making commission, and levelling up your career
- Growing your own network and becoming a specialist in your market
What we’re looking for:
- You don’t need sales experience — you just need drive (sales experience is a plus)
- Confident, competitive, and not afraid of a challenge
- Motivated by money and progression
- Resilient (because high rewards come with high standards)
- Good communicator who can build relationships quickly
