Senior Project Engineer – Electrical

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer – Electrical to take ownership of the electrical design and delivery of major building services projects, with a strong focus on data centre and mission-critical environments.
This is a great opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys leading projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical building services projects, including:
- Low voltage and medium voltage systems.
- Lighting and emergency power.
- Fire alarm and life safety systems.
- Earthing and power distribution.
- Technical reporting, tender documentation, and design packages.
- Client, contractor, and vendor liaison.
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting wider team development.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- At least 8 years’ experience in electrical building services design.
- Strong experience in data centre or mission-critical projects.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Bluebeam, ETAP, Amtech, or Dialux.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-facing approach.
