General Manager will lead multi-contract delivery operations across Lincoln, driving performance and profitability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and clients. As a senior leader, you’ll hold full P&L accountability, inspire high-performing teams, and build strategic relationships to support sustainable growth and enhance the business reputation as a trusted partner.
Your Role
As General Manager will be responsible for:
- Financial Leadership: Own full P&L accountability for a multi-contract regional business unit and ensuring commercial sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery and customer outcomes, consistently exceeding client expectations across all contracts.
- People Leadership: Inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams, fostering engagement, developing talent, and creating a high-performance culture.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and leveraging account management to support organic growth.
- Transformation & Innovation: Champion modernisation of service delivery, embedding technology and process improvements to enhance performance and profitability.
- Reputation Management: Uphold the organisation’s integrity and reputation as a trusted delivery partner within the public services sector.

The successful General Manager will be a proven senior leader who thrives on complexity, growth, and delivering outcomes. You bring at multiple years’ operating at a senior level, and a track record of leading contracts through geographically dispersed teams. Commercially astute and have a drive for delivering high‑quality whilst building trusted relationships at the most senior levels.
