Luxury Sales Consultant – Watches or Jewellery | Tunbridge Wells | £40,000–£65,000 + Bonus/Commission
An exceptional opportunity — or rather, two — for seasoned luxury sales professionals to join a distinguished boutique in Tunbridge Wells. We are actively seeking Client Advisors from either a high horology or high jewellery background, and welcome applications from both.
The Role
As Client Advisor, you will be the face of the boutique — building and nurturing long-term client relationships whilst guiding customers through considered, often significant purchases. Whether your expertise lies in exceptional timepieces or fine jewellery, this is a role for someone who understands that luxury sales is as much about trust, knowledge, and discretion as it is about the product itself.
What We’re Looking For
We are open to two distinct profiles:
- A high horology specialist with proven, client-facing experience across major watch brands — someone who can speak with genuine authority on complications, heritage, and craftsmanship
- A high jewellery specialist with a strong track record in fine jewellery sales, whether within a brand, independent boutique, or jeweller of repute
In both cases, what matters most is the quality of your client relationships, the depth of your product knowledge, and your ability to perform at the level a boutique of this calibre demands.

The Package
- Salary: £40,000–£65,000 depending on experience open to higher for exceptional profiles
- Bonus and commission structure on top of base salary
