MacGregor Black are working with a growing Retail business on the search for a Regional Sales Manager – Northern Europe. This is a permanent role based in the UK.

You will be responsible for developing and managing key wholesale accounts across a defined European region, driving sales growth, and elevating brand presence across a range of retail partners. This role will involve regular travel across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the region
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with retailers and commercial partners
  • Present product ranges and negotiate commercial terms with clients
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts across wholesale and retail channels
  • Analyse sales performance and market data to inform strategy and maximise opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, merchandising and operations to ensure seamless execution
  • Participate in seasonal planning, forecasting and commercial review meetings
  • Provide regular sales reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Support brand-building initiatives with partners, ensuring strong in-store and online presence

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Account Manager or similar commercial role within a retail environment
  • A strong existing network and experience within European markets
  • Demonstrated success managing wholesale accounts and driving international sales growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the region
  • Highly motivated, proactive and relationship-driven
  • Culturally aware and confident working across international markets
  • Willingness to be based in the UK and contribute to a collaborative team environment
